         American Bodhi Center combines the beauty of nature and the esthetics of Buddhism in its environment.  Its goal is to provide a place where the ideals of Buddhism can be practiced in everyday life and to use education, culture, and philanthropy to serve the public.

        After the first phase of construction is complete, American Bodhi Center will be able to start various activities, such as mediation retreats, nature walks, camping, and Bodhi talks, in order to benefit mind and body and to contribute to the community.

        After 7 years of planning, planning for the fist phase of construction is finally completed and construction has finally started.  We sincerely invite you to join us in supporting the development of American Bodhi Center.

Each brick and roof tile will help to strengthen and deepen the roots of the Bodhi in Texas.

Structural Pledges:

  1. Both individuals and groups are welcome to make a pledge on any of the structural elements of the American Bodhi Center listed above.
  1. Any individual or group pledging more that $500 will have their name engraved in a Supporter’s Plague, which will be place at the American Bodhi Center.
  1. All others who make a pledge will be thanked in the bi-monthly publication of Dharma Garden.
  1. Pledges can either be paid all at once or through several installments.
  1. Since we are a Non-Profit Organization, all pledges are tax deductible.
